• The pool.
• Not very friendly or helpful when things are left behind.

“A for the hospitality of this place, it was at lacking. It was only a place to sleep. I left some personal objects there and call the same day to be told that they were not turned in to lost and found or could not be found anywhere now I could understand if I called some days later, but I call the same day. I have stayed in better hotels.”

• Beautiful accommodations.
• Thin walls, noise are a problem.

“We have stayed here twice and have been very pleased. It is right off the strip next to the del-bar, so you can walk to fine dining. The staff was very warm and friendly and accommodating to our needs. The hotel is newer so the facilities are well-done and the lobby and breakfast area is beautiful and comfortable. The price is a bit high but it is typical for this line of hotel.”

• Great location to most attractions.
• Rude people, horrible beds.

“This hotel was over priced for the service you get. The staff were very rude and not friendly at all. When we did ask for their assistance, because it was never offered, they did oblige but it was not met with a warm response. None of the employees including the management that were there smiled at us or greeted us. The hotel was clean and very beautiful, but their beauty is only skin deep. Horrible beds. Don't stay here if you want a good night sleep. They are very old and sagging. Pool was nice and clean as well. Not a lot of sitting space in there though if you just want to watch the children.”
