• Great employees and great waterpark.
• General manager.

“This place was so cute and charming my kids really love it, 3 yr old boy and 1 yr old girl. Waterpark was a 20 on the scale great service and the park manager was real helpful. we had a issue with a broken mirror and the maintenance manager not only fixed it promptly he gave us a voucher for there arcade for our troubles very nice. we did have a small problem with a big person the hotel GM. She was so rude unprofessional.”

“Great location, great pool area for kids, room was not clean. Toddlers feet were visibly dirty after walking on the carpet, the bathroom floor was dirty as well. In addition to not being clean, the room also had a mildew smell and light bulbs burnt out.”

“Great location, exterior of resort was very nice, secluded feel, right near pizza place which was convenient. Unfortunately, rooms were below average cleanliness. Carpet was dirty throughout hotel and inside of room. Sink area was stained and looked very dirty. Room smelled dirty. Asked for a different room and was accommodated with no problem. Only problem was the next room was not much better. We ended up leaving for a better place after 1 hour. Did not want the little one crawling on the dirty carpet. ”

• Family fun hotel for families with little ones.
• Nothing....

“We have a 2 year old son that we brought out to the Rain Tree for a weekend trip. It was an excellent place to bring the little ones. Everything is geared towards the little ones, plus a hot tub area for the adults. The Pizza Pub restaurant is infront of the hotel, so once you parked your car you don't have to leave. We went on Memorial Day weekend, and the rates where great for that weekend in the Dells. Rooms where nice and clean, and the waterpark was a lot of fun. We will definitley be back again!!”
