• The room was very comfortable.
• Can't think of anything I did not like.

“If you're looking for an elegant, yet comfortable hotel, this is the place. Clean, located near airport and reasonably priced. I could not have had a nicer experience and my budget was not broken! Thank you.”

• Location and restaurant.
• No concerns whatsoever.

“The Radisson Gateway is a smaller hotel directly across from the airport. Older building nicely renovated, the Sleep Number bed was comfortable enough but I'll not rush out and buy one. Comfortable easy chair, good work area, older TV, (3 star hotels are going to have to bite the bullet and upgrade their television equipment.) Room was very clean, nice linens and bedding. Restaurant top notch. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. USA Today at the door in the morning and Wall Street Journal and local Seattle paper for the asking. Free parking which is always nice.”

• Close to daughters work and home.
• Breakfast buffet was not very good.

“Nice and clean, older appointments and furnishings but very adequate and what we wanted it for. Would stay there again.”

• The sleep number beds are the most comfortable beds.
• No microwave or fridge in room.

• Convenient location.
• Gave us a 1 bed king room for a family of four.

“The hotel was nice and I would recommend it to anyone who needed to be accessible to the SeaTac Airport. We were given a room with a king bed for a family of four so this was not ideal. The staff knew this and stated they would follow up with a room with two beds the following nights of our stay, but they never did.”

• The restaurant.

“We really liked the hotel except for the dining experience. The server was much more interested in setting tables than in seating us. There was only one dirty table in the dining room, but he said that he would be with us directly to seat us at that one table, and that it would take a few minutes for that to happen. We decided to leave and enjoyed a great dining experience at the hotel next door.”

• TV did not completely work.

“The hotel is right across from the airport and it has a decent workout room and the room was a decent size and pretty clean. For some reason the TV would go out so you had to change the channels until the picture came back in.”

“We were extremely pleased with the room. Very spacious, sleep number king bed and great TV. Having a space to relax without being on the bed was wonderful.”

• Needs a bigger outside sitting area/private.

“Good room for a short stay. Although close to the airport we were not bothered by the air traffic. The bathrooms were a little small, but loved the new showerheads.”

• Layout of the room worked well for 2 years old bed.
• Bathroom was a little small.

“We arrived after 11 p.m. PST from the east coast with a 2 year old and were quickly and efficiently transported from the airport to hotel and to our room, which was comfortable and convenient. Our experience was quite positive.”

• Location, frequency of shuttle van to the airport.
• That I was in smoking room and told nothing else was available.

“A great location if you are having a quick overnight at SeaTac. Frequent airport shuttles, computers for general use free, small workout room and laundry. Furniture and fixtures in rooms all new. Carpet is a bit dated but overall a nice for a solo business traveler.”

• I appreciated the size of the room and the sleep comfort mattresses.
• I would have appreciated some fresh brewed coffee in the lobby.

“This hotel is very convenient to the airport. It is comfortable in its accommodations. The shower head was great for a taller person. I liked the adjustability. Even though the hotel is close to the airport and our room faces the airport side, the room was quiet and dark.”

• Close to airport, helpful staff, good housekeeping.
• Shuttle VERY slow to arrive, room close to elevator extremely noisy.

“Great location to SeaTac, would recommend walking across the street to the hotel (unless you have tons of luggage) than wait forever for the shuttle. Management very quick to change my room when placed on smoking floor. Front desk helpful, housekeeping very good. Hotel hallway wallpaper showing definite signs of wear and tear. Only one elevator working.”
