• Great Views of Lake Union, close to downtown on a budget
• Not a new property and might be considered shabby by the more picky guest.

“I like that this hotel is perched on a hill just above Lake Union. Ask for a Lakeview room and watch the boats, and the sea planes take off and land. It's just a few minutes drive from downtown and right across from my favorite Seattle neighborhood; Queen Ann. The facilities and fixtures are definitely not new and the more discerning of vacation travelers would probably not like the upkeep, but for my limited business travel needs, it suits me perfectly. I've returned 3 times over 2 years.”
