• Located centrally for easy access to area attractions.
• Phone didn't work; water dripped from ceiling near bed.

“Convenient location but "quality" is hardly the right adjective to describe this decaying hotel.”

• Good walking distance to space needle.
• The customer service stinks.

“Do not stay here if you expect professionalism from staff, common courtesy from the hotel front desk and manager. I am appalled that people like the front desk person, maintenance staff and floor manager who, because I am a better person, I will not name. They gave me no advance warning that they were doing anything to the second parking garage and interrupted my trip to the Space Needle to come back and move my car. When I complained, I got yelled at, belittled, and bullied. All three of these people ganged up on me and would not allow me to speak my complaint. They sneered when I said they had poor customer service, I should know, I work for a national chain too. This was the worst vacation I have ever had and it's all due to the lack of customer service displayed by employees for this hotel. They should not be allowed to interact with the public.”
