• The location and the local color.
• Had to talk the desk manager into wash cloths for my sisters.

“I can't wait for the 80's orange shag carpet to be replaced in room 606 (I think it was). It will make all the difference.”

• The central location made it easy to walk anywhere in the city.
• There was no ac or cable.

“This hotel is fine if you don't plan to spend time in the room aside from sleeping/showering. The location was great, you can walk anywhere in the city from the hotel.”

• The confirmed reservation was not accepted. There was no room for us.

“As I said above, the hotel did not honor my reservation. They said they neglected to post the fact that they were completely booked for the nights I'd reserved. Fortunately, I called ahead and discovered this before driving to Seattle and trying to check in, so I was able to make other arrangements.”

• Very convenient to all of down town Seattle. We walked and saved money on cab fare.
• No air conditioning. Yet the weather was bearable. The satellite TV reception was very bad.

“In general, the Hotel Seattle saved us from $100-$150.00 from the special rates quoted us for the convention. The hotel was near great restaurants and other hotels such as The W. It was across the street. This hotel was in walking distance to most major attractions in down town Seattle. Sincerely, Kent Kuehne.”

• The room was tiny and there's only street parking.

• Worst experience period.

• Location is good.
• Super dirty. Our rooms were not clean, no fire sprinklers, bad sheets and dirty bath.

“The location is good, but only stay here if you do not want to sleep or shower. Noisy pipes, filthy bathrooms, see through sheets, peeling paint, and old smoky smell. The windows open all the way (even on the tenth floor) and there are no fire sprinklers.”
