“I was pleasantly surprised. It is an older yet classic hotel. The old charm was still left in the decor yet necessary decorating has been done. The service in restaurant for breakfast was a bit slow and food was okay. I would suggest next time going next door to Andra hotel for the meals.”

“I am a return guest at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are ready with recommendation for dinner as well as things to do. The rooms are very clean. I will go back next time I am in Seattle.”

“The location was fine, just on the edge of downtown, with the Space Needle nearby and Ralph's market across the street is a terrific find. The room was clean and well-maintained - the bar was okay and the staff was professional. Housecleaning knocked and woke me every single morning way before 8 am, and kept coming back (3 knocks before 10 am) which was unpleasant. A fine place for business - kids will climb the walls without a lobby or somewhere else to explore.”

“Sliding door didn't shut off balcony, loud, unattractive interior. Friendly, helpful staff made stay bearable.

“The pictures of the hotel made it seem like a good fit for an anniversary; however, the reality of the room was less than romantic.”

“Great location, great view, very friendly staff. Room was nice, had a nice small balcony. Only complaints were check in area tiny, rooms were a bit pricey and elevators were very slow!”

“The hotel was very nice although our room was a bit on the small side. That's probably because it's an older hotel. All hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a bit expensive but I suspect that's because of its' downtown location.”

“Everyday we would check if our new room was ready as promised and it would be stated that we would have to stay in the room we currently occupied. My daughter had to sleep on the floor!”

“Centrally located with valet parking on site. $30 per night parking matches rest of city rates. Basic amenities and standard room features. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Needs better set up for computer access for size of hotel - only has 2 computers.”

“Hotel is in a great location for downtown Seattle. It's within walking distance of the major highlights- Pike Place Market, Seattle Center, Space Needle, Experience Music Project, etc. We were also able to easily access the bike/running path along the shore from our hotel. We were also thrilled about our room - 14th floor, facing the Seattle Space Needle. The dusk/sunset view was excellent (and having a tiny patio to walk out to allowed us to take in the breeze with the view).”
