• The staff.
• It's old and musty, doesn't mt the quality of other Radissons.

“I was very disappointed in the quality of the room. It was very old and more like checking into a Travelodge. Not very luxurious and pleasant like the Double tree. The Radisson was very loud due to a punk or gothic convention that was going on that weekend. It was kind of scary being there since the locks didn't seem very study. I definitely won't return to that place again.”

• Concrete was softer than the mattresses.

“Hotel check in was slow and courteousness. Beds were absolutely rock hard. Even my two young children complained about the hard beds. In the morning, when I told the front desk about my complaint, all they said was sorry . I said the shuttle was running late and they replied, we go by our clock, not yours.”

• Close by airport, convenient shuttle, friendly staff.
• No free, fast continental breakfast, table setup for cider for guests never had any cider.

“Very accommodating, friendly staff, convenient location set in nice area.”

• The Front Desk staff were friendly.
• The hotel was very dirty and not a 3 star hotel.

“I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were stains all over the carpet, there was garbage on the bathroom floor from the previous guests and there was no wireless internet service. I called the front desk about the internet and they said that they had high speed internet but didn't know how it worked. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Overall the hotel was nice but I do not believe it was a 4 star hotel. This was a middle tier hotel and should be rated as such. I do not believe the price I paid for this hotel was a value.”

• Closeness to airport was convenient.
• The room was not clean, and bedding was uncomfortable.

“The hotel lobby looked nice, and showed pictures of nice fluffy bedding, but the room was nothing like the advertisement. The bedding was very bad. The room was not clean. The bathroom was not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at any price.”

• The restaurant was excellent. We had a very enjoyable dinner, very good food.
• The room was better than average, but not as nice as the other 3 star's we've stayed at in the area.

“If you're in town for a conference, this hotel would probably serve nicely especially if your conference is at the hotel. The restaurant served a delicious dinner and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was nice, very clean with nice amenities, however, now quite as nice as the other 3 stars (Doubletree, Coast & Hilton) that we've stayed at in the area. The room fan was very noisy and the hallway outside noisy as well. ”

• The front desk girl in the AM printed my boarding pass.
• Wall paper coming off the walls and carpet was old and dirty.

“Checked in at 9:30 PM, front desk clerk was pre occupied and I asked for a room close to lobby and she said there were none, so she put me at the farthest wing possible. Room old and nasty and on freeway side# 63!! Very disappointed for a 3 Star. ”

• Beds are hard as a rock, airplane noise very loud.

“I did not like this hotel because although it is close to the airport, it is a bit deceiving because a much nicer Radisson is right across the street from the hotel. This one was mediocre.”

• Poor restaurant service.

“It was a good size and clean but the room looked weary. There seem to be different parts to the hotel and in need of updating. They did leave a newspaper and didn't charge for parking like some of the other hotels in the area do. It was generally okay.”

• It was a clean and pleasant hotel with free parking.
• There is not much buffer from the noise of the floor above you.

“The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. It is very near Sea-Tack Airport, we could watch the planes taxiing. The staff was friendly and we had no problem getting the beds and no-smoking designation we asked for.”

• Just remodeled? Hah! I would prefer a Motel 5.

“The floor plan was not correct and had to hunt for my room. The building was supposed to have been renovated but looked tacky. Bummer of an expereince.”

• 2nd floor room with no elevators.

“Convenient location for the airport. Request a room on the ground floor if possible (no elevators). Rooms were supposedly remodeled, mine was dirty & dated.”

• Thermostat was set at 50 degrees, very cold.

“I only slept there and did not use the restaurant. The thermostat was set at 50 when I arrived and it was cold. There were no instructions for the internet connection in the room.”
