“The hotel was fine if your only looking for a place to sleep and refresh your self. Not really a place to hang out at. The had plenty of high signal strength hot spot if you need WiFi. The obviously put in way more access points than you typical mid range hotel. I could see at least 8 from my room, 3 of which had very strong signals. They do still have smoking rooms, so pay attention when checking in. I didn't and the first room they put us in smelled like a bar on Sunday morning. But one call and 5 minutes later and we where in a nice clean smelling non-smoking room.”

“Recently stayed here for a weekend getaway in Seattle. THe location was awesome for walking distance to several attractions including City Center and the waterfront. The free breakfast was great and made waking up a bit easier. There were, however, some odd noises from the building throughout the night, most likely drain pipes.”

“Overall nice hotel located within walking distance of Space Needle. Only a mile from Pike and downtown area. If you don't like walking, the Seattle monorail goes from Space Needle to downtown. We would stay here again.”

“The room reeked of smoke and was overall falling apart. The location was awesome for what we were there for. Whistler was cheaper for nicer rooms.”

“This place was inexpensive and met the basic needs of a business traveler (free WIFI). Though technically it is called the "City Center" it is not a pleasant place to walk through at night. You must cross 2 busy streets and then walk about 5 blocks before you get in an area that doesn't look rundown and shady.”

“We had a beautiful view from our room of the space needle. Very nice room with new plasma television and granite in the bathrooms. Would recommend bigger shower curtains as the ones were small and did not fit the new showers. I would hate to see water damage happen with careless customers.”

“The beds weren't the best but it was clean. There was confusion about the town car, we were told about ten dollars to go to the water front and told it would be a ten minute wait, the town car showed up 45 min. later, instead of the car they brought a van and put two separate couples and us with our two children and charged us five dollars a head for the four of us, any taxi ride cost us about $8 for the four of us not $20. That would be our only complaint about the experience the stay other than that was great.”

“Good business traveler hotel, comfortable bed and showers. Not good for food, only one expensive restaurant within walking distance. Not good for vacationer, unless willing to walk a long way or use cabs. Original room did not have working air conditioner and repeated conversations with maintenance and desk staff would not resolve the problem. Air was needed as outside temps were in the high 80's and room faced west side of building. The stay was pleasant.”
