  • Great location, close to the airport.
  • Food was poor quality and over priced.

“The hotel was very close to the airport which worked for me. There were no other local businesses within walking distance which limited dinning to the in-house restaurant. This was of poor quality and was extremely high priced.”

  • Unfortunately there were so many things that I was dissatisfied with that it did not allow me to enjoy my stay.
  • The room smelled like mildew, the staff was unfriendly horrible customer service.

“I live in Salem, Oregon and drive up to Seattle to help fill in with one of our business locations. When I called to confirm my reservation the young man answered the phone very unprofessionally. When I checked it he didn't make eye contact with me he didn't smile and seemed relieved for me to be gone after I was checked in so he could get sit back down and continue doing whatever he was doing on his cell phone.”

  • Great restaurant, nice front desk staff, clean rooms.
  • The parking is doubled up.

“While the hotel is nice, they are right next to the airport and park a lot of cars in their lot that are not those of hotel guests. Seriously, you could barely maneuver through the lot, since cars were parked staggered in the fire lane (code issue, guys, wake up!) So you had to weave around them to exit. Other than that, the room was quiet, comfortable. I'd come back if they'd quit using their lot for paid parking.”

  • In total disrepair, not as clean as I would expect, extremely noisy clientele.

“I was disappointed in the hotels overall appearance. It was referred to as 'new' yet it was an old hotel, at best 'new' to the Ramada line. The rooms were basically in tatters and the beds while comfortable had not seen a true maid make them in some time. The floor in the room I stayed in was soaking wet upon arrival and smelled heavily of chlorine. The parking lot did not have enough parking for guests, let alone serve as a satellite parking lot for the Seatac Airport. Get your parking spot early!”

  • It was convenient to the airport. The hotel supplied shuttle was prompt. The staffs were all pleasant.
  • The maid neglected to leave sufficient towels and toiletries.

“This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and highways. They won't leave you waiting at the airport if you need to use the free shuttle. The rooms are clean and the staffs are all helpful. Definitely grab something to eat at the Panasian restaurant in the lobby, you won't regret it.”

“The hotel was not very clean. I was not offered a nonsmoking room; I received one and had to change rooms (at midnight). I would not stay here again or recommend this to a colleague given the other choices in the area.”

  • Worn and in need of repair or update.

“We stayed here two different nights, coming and going from the airport. Both times my room was clean but worn. My parents' room had broken furnishings and should not have been occupied on the first stop. On the second stop it was better. However, my mother was pick-pocketed in the hotel elevator. Forcing us to miss our plane.”

  • Restaurant odors in the lobby not appealing.

“The initial motel staff member was not ever remotely friendly although the gentleman we spoke to at 5 am was very pleasant and helpful. The room was only marginally clear, no hand-towels or bath mat. The restaurant was located adjacent to the lobby and although supposedly had excellent previous reviews the aromas were less than appealing. Later in the evening when we returned from a delightful dinner the lobby smelled stale and old.”

  • At least they woke me up on time
  • Seemed like a welfare hotel to me. Some clientele not good at all.

  • The room was not clean. We did not have pillow cases, the hair dryer was broke, the staff was not helpful in resolving these matters.

“The first night, we did not have pillow cases. When we went to the desk to get them, they said they would bring them up. We called the desk a half hour later, still no pillow cases. When we called again, a new shift was on duty and brought them up. We waited an hour and a half for the pillow cases. We noticed the night stand, and dresser/TV stand were sticky on the day we arrived. The next day after maid service they were still sticky, and the floors had not been vacuumed or the bathroom swept. I asked the lady at the desk if these should have been done during the room cleaning. She said yes, and she left a note for the manager. The next day the carpet was vacuumed but the bathroom was not swept, and the tables were still sticky. The tables were not cleaned for the three days of our stay. We took the broken hair dryer to the desk at 10:00 a.m. and did not get a replacement until 9:00 p.m. The outside trash cans were overflowing, and the back entrance stairs were sticky with coffee and soda from the overflowing cups in the trash. We were looking forward to our stay because Ramada is a well known name in the hotel business, but we were very uncomfortable at this particular hotel and will not stay there again. We visit the Sea-Tac area four to five times a year and will seek out other accommodations.”

“I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. The room was not clean. The towels were still wet and the bathroom was filthy. There were hairs from the previous guest or housekeeping everywhere. I was up almost all night due to the noise from enamoring room and when I asked the front desk if they could help, nothing was done. Horrible staff and room!”
