“The restaurant is oriental. Not conducive to breakfast. Very nice staff. I did put out a do not disturb sign before I went to bed as I got in around 1am. 10:20 the next morning housekeeping was knocking on my door. Check out is not until noon so I was a bit put out over that. I did mention it to the front desk.”

“Although my room was OK, the hallways were filthy. In the lobby I would not sit on any of the furniture. The maid service would forget coffee one day, towels the next, etc. It was always something. I had made reservations for 2 stays in 2 weeks without knowing about the hotel. I will not stay there again even if it means paying more at another hotel.”

“We stayed here as a park-and-fly package. First night was 08/25 -- the morning we were leaving we discovered ants near the bed under the phone table and a group of smaller, different type of insects on the tile floor behind the door in the bathroom. Here is the list of problems:1. Neither of the two lights at the head of the beds worked. 2. There was a layer of lint and dust nearly a centimeter thick on the bathroom fan, so thick it could hardly ventilate the room. 3. The television speakers sounded like they were underwater. 4. The remote control didnt work. We had to input our own batteries to make it operate. 5. No phone book in our room. In its absence, I would have hoped to find at least a courtesy sheet on the desk suggesting nearby restaurants and amenities, but again no such luck. 6. There was some malfunction with the phone that prevented us from dialing out to a local number. You might find my complaints petty, and probably if only one or two of the things I mentioned had occurred I would be fine to overlook them. But both nights of my stay were just one bad experience after another and another. Bottom line - marginal quality hotel with horrible service and absolutely no interest in resolving your complaints if and when you have them. My advice is to avoid this one.”

“Hot and humid in public areas. Room was also very muggy when we arrived, but the air conditioner eventually corrected that condition. Soft drink vending machines were at one end of the floor (same end on all floors) and the ice machines were at the opposite end of each floor.”

“Wouldn't choose it again. Looked old. Not clean. Back door unlocked - safety issue. Anyone had full access to hotel from rear door.”

“Our room had dirty hand prints on everything! There was a plastic cap on the floor in the bathroom and it was in the same spot when we left! The lampshades were grimy and looked like they needed to be replaced. We were on the 3rd floor and there were no screens on the window and the safety rail was loose and the screws were hanging out. Dangerous for kids and dirty! They gave our room to someone else so we had to keep going up n down the slow elevator to the front desk to try different keys till they figured it out. Keys didn't always work.”

“Hotel and room were fine. Some TV channels were working and then faded away to nothing. The local Seattle channels did not work at all, i.e. ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX. The AC worked nicely.”

“This hotel is conveniently located, and from the outside gives the appearance of being above average bordering on upscale. Inside the place shows that it does not get preventative maintenance. The housekeeping people knocked on our door at 8:15 in the morning to see if they could clean the room. That is a bit early in my opinion. If they put a little elbow grease and some paint or wall paper in to the place it would make a big difference.”

“The hotel lobby gave a rather fair first impression of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was in need of a good cleaning and maintenance of details. The room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the coffee maker in the room.”

“Have stayed at the Airport Ramada on several occasions. Nice facility, reasonably priced with easy access to local area as well as the airport. I'd have no problem recommending this hotel to other travelers.”

“Complained to desk about broken runny toilet that prevented us from sleeping. Desk clerk on night staff didn't care, morning staff apologized; but after flying from New York and arriving near midnight, hotel lobby was shabby, room average, no way more than 1 star.”

“We arrived and the girl at the desk was less than cheerful and we had to ask where parking was and which way to our room. We got to our room which reeked of bleach. The toilet was not bolted to the floor so it rocked whenever anyone sat on it. We only had 2 towels in our room for 4 people. When we called for more no one came. After an hour and a half we called again and were told the towel guy was at the airport. I finally went to the front desk to see if someone besides the shuttle guy was able to get us some towels so we could go swimming and she had a ton of towels right there. I will never stay at the Ramada SeaTac again.”

“The hotel was very close to the airport which worked for me. There were no other local businesses within walking distance which limited dinning to the in-house restaurant. This was of poor quality and was extremely high priced.”
