• Could not get internet access and staff unable to help.

“The stay was terrific except for the internet accessibility. No one on the grounds was trained to help and the phone help was useless. I was left on hold then disconnected. The free breakfast was very nice and well tended. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.”

• Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast.
• Traveling with older relatives and there was no bar in the shoulder for them to hold on to.

“This was my second stay at this hotel. I was much more pleased with this stay and think that they have made recent improvements.”

• Very, very nice and modern. Wonderful bed linens!
• Really nothing.

“I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. I had expected a "run of the mill," "by the road," convenient hotel. Instead, it was very comfortable, cozy and very modern and up to date. The bed linens were 1st rate! Like a luxury hotel, and the staff was great!”

• Very quick checking, checkout, cordial staff, convenient for my trip.
• Dead bolt did not work.

“Nice in appearance, modern, clean in lobby and room. Good continental breakfast. Excellent service. Desk clerk provided me with bottled water normally reserved for Platinum guests.”
