• Staff was very friendly and accommodating - CLEAN.

“We stayed here with our children. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast bar was wonderful and appropriately replenished with hot food regularly. Location was spectacular. Staff was courteous, attentive, helpful and friendly. Great family spot in extremely convenient location!”

• Large room-we got a handicapped room.
• Moldy smelling bathroom.

“Slightly run down in appearance and alright for travel with a young family. The free breakfast is nice and the hotel staff keeps the food well supplied. Pool area is small and we did not use the hot tub because the water looked dirty. We had a handicapped room, so the size was great with two kids under 3. Our bathroom was also a good size, but smelled moldy.”

• Close to shopping.
• Dirty, old and "tired looking" - did not look clean.

“The hotel was run down "tired" and did not feel as though was very clean or kept up - this included not only the rooms, but the hallways themselves. It did not have the feel of a place you would want to stay and enjoy but rather a place you would to rest between a long trip if the only place available between your ride. Simply put just a less than stellar facility - was actually quite a bit disappointed.”

• Excellent location/people were nice/clean.
• Breakfast had problems, juice machine was broken.

“The stay met all our expectations. Very clean rooms, nice reception, good pool and hot tub. Great location for skiing and shopping at the outlets.”

• Worn out wallpaper, cracked tiles, phone didn't work.

“I asked for an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, stated I would pay the difference. The girl agreed, stated how she went to the trouble of getting me an upgrade, and when I went to the room, it had no Jacuzzi, the phone was broken, the bathroom had worn out wallpaper, cracked tiles. When I called for a wake up call, she laughed at me. Very odd experience.”

• Close to shopping.
• Rooms did not have enough lighting. The bathroom could use some touching up especially around the tub.

“Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the outlet mall. When we checked in we were given a choice of what floor we would like to be on which was nice. Would stay at this hotel again.”

• The staff was very nice and they had a great breakfast that was included for the price of the room.
• I did not have any bad experience at the hotel.

“The hotel was convenient to outlet malls in the area. It was clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. The only negative was their internet in the lobby was very slow and there was only one computer.”

• The atmosphere of the woods with family and business travelers alike.
• It could use wireless internet.

“This is a very friendly hotel. If you like kids and families, this is the place for you. As a business traveler, it was well placed on route 16 to make it easy to get to southern no or western Maine. The breakfast was ok, nothing to get excited about. The overall feeling made me quite comfortable.”

“Charlotte at the front was very rude! It took almost 3 hours before I could have a crib delivered to my room. I had called 3 days before with that request and one other. When I told charlotte I was not happy all she could do is argue with me and come up with excuses for the poor service! Both were not filled!”

• The hotel was very convenient to north Conway attractions.
• The pool was very small. Expected a suite with two rooms, but it was actually just a single, oversized room.

“This was a nice place to stay for a family with small kids. I was a little disappointed that what they called a "suite" only had one room.”

• Clean very comfortable bed my wife loved everything and the free breakfast was wonderful.
• Noisy party above our room. We complained to the clerk to no avail but we dealt with it.
