• Very close to I-90 & NYS Thruway.
• Limited nonsmoking rooms.

“Excellent hotel for the price. I stayed two nights in a nicely-furnished single king room, albeit a smoking one. Hotel was very clean, staff was nice and helpful at every step of the way and I was pleased with the room quality. Would stay again if I were traveling in Albany in a Heartbeat.”

• They just renovated all the rooms.
• Shower heads too high for me to use massage setting.

• Upgraded from a smoking to none=smoking room on new years eve.
• Told us we had a smoking room when we confirmed.

“We were upset that the first room was a smoking room, but they gave us a non smoking room when we checked in, so it was a tiny disappointment at the beginning of our holiday, but worked out fine.”

• Lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was exceptional...best ever!

“A very upscale environment and excellent staff...very professional. Room was a good size with sitting room area. Great hotel for groups...there were lounge areas on each floor where a dozen could gather comfortably. HIghy recommended.”
