• Very clean with things conveniently arranged in a small space.
• Receptionist stayed on the phone having personal conversation before helping me. Pillows too small.

“Overall experience was good. Although the room was small it didn't matter because it was so well arranged. Especially pleased with the cleanliness.”

“Everything was good - the room size was a little small but adequate. The maid service somehow missed our room - probably because they came by when we were still in the room and forgot to return after we left for the day.”

• It is in a convenient location.
• Poor customer service. Ignorant staff.

“Ants in room. Very poor customer service. Continental breakfast was terrible, and spa was of course out of service. Hard beds, etc. I'll stop there, you get the point.”

• Very convenient and relatively quiet.
• Staff attitude.

“The accommodations did not match what I reserved (the guy at the desk said they had no king beds), there was no shower nozzle on the shower, One light bulb in the bathroom was broken (NOT just burned out). No ashtray in a smoking room, No coffeemaker, but there was a packet of coffee.”
