The complimentary breakfast was great.
Cement around pool was slippery.

Clean smelling room.
Dirty toilet.

“This was great for business travel. I felt safe, and the place was clean, staff was friendly. The milk/cookies were a great touch. Convenient to good food very close by.”

Great breakfast spread and friendly staff.
Being located next to a soda machine and ice machine.

“This is a great hotel to say in. Great pool and other accommodations. It would be nice if you could never get a room on the first floor next to the pool and ice machine and pop machine, but the world is not perfect when the hotel is sold out. Great place, great people and I could have moved to a different room if everyone was not also staying there. Good place when it is sold out!”

Great service and amenities - evening "milk & cookies" & B-fast were great
No complimentary morning paper

“Excellent choice of hotels in the Pullman area. Very clean, well maintained and cordial staff. Enjoyed the milk and cookies in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. You will enjoy your stay in this hotel.”
