I liked the pool and enjoyed the continental breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.
The lady who checked us in was very rude and didnt even smile at all, very unpersonal!
“When we first arrived at the hotel the lady who checked us in was very rude. She didnt even look at me or smile. Very unpersonal! The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pool although it didnt have enough towels and when we went to the front desk to have them get more towels she said she would tell the maid when she saw her even though many families were waiting for them. (she was the same rude lady who checked us in. the continental breakfast was very good. we dined at the restaurant and it was good food, the service wasnt the best. the front clerk needs training on how to be personable with the customers. overall the best part of our stay was the pool and the beds.”
