• Like being at home.
• The pool was a little on the cool side.

“Customer service, and cleanliness is excellent. A perfect place to take the family. Homemade cookies at night, and hot chocolate for the kids. There is also a fire in the lobby as well as the internet for the adults or kids. Check out time was excellent because then the kids or I did not feel rushed in the morning to get out of the hotel.”

• Overall a very pleasurable experience.

“As I told the hostess, I truly enjoyed staying there. It was clean, close to where we needed to be, centrally located for restaurants, tourist sites and meals. I enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub. We met some nice family people there too.”

• The beds were comfortable.

“It was not worth the price, especially when there were hotels on Rt. 14 in wine country that was nice for the weekend. In short, not worth the price.”

“The hotel was very new looking and clean, front desk people very helpful- map quest directions were wrong and they guided me on the phone for five minutes until I pulled up to door. I would go again.”

• Clean & comfortable with nice staff.
• Hard to get to from highway.

“The hotel is nicely kept with perhaps slightly out of date bedding (old fashioned appearance) and a so-so breakfast that could be improved very easily with just a little effort. Better outside signs with directions to the highway would be quite welcome; it's difficult to get to and from the interstate from the hotel.”

• Coffee supplied is low quality.

“Nice hotel with very comfortable beds. Could have used a refrigerator, but only stayed overnight. Air temperature control is good. Coffee is pretty low quality (I'm a confirmed coffee snob).”

• Comfortable room & bed. Spacious enough to spread out 2 suitcases.
• Vending and ice on a lower floor.

“A standard 2+ star chain property. The room and public areas were very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I've stayed at Country Inns & Suites in the past. Based on this experience, I'd stay again.”

• This hotel is very clean and its personnel¿s are very kind.
• I spent much time to find hotel even though I used gps system.

“This hotel, which has swimming pool and gym, is really nice, and served breakfast. The personnel are also very kind. Room is very clean. The location of this hotel also very convenient from the highway. ”
