• Breakfast looked okay.
• Dirty. Phone did not work, night staff was very unfriendly, hot tub empty, ice machine broke, unpleasant smell.

“Our family has stayed at some really nice hotels and some bad but this was the worst. We have 3 children so 2 of us ended up sleeping on the floor. We couldn't get a cot because we were in the wrong building. Next time I would rather drive an hour away if I cannot stay right in the park at Darien Lake. This hotel was terrible and the Best Western should really look at taking their name off because they usually have nice and clean accommodations.”

• Housekeeping was excellent.
• Whirlpool was out of service.

“I would definitely not stay at this hotel again. I was promised things via the phone before arrival that they did not come through with when arrived and where slightly nasty about it besides. Whirlpool was out of service, vending machine was out of service, no ketchup in the dining room for the three days we stayed there! Was expensive which I don't mind paying for the quality of the stay, however this definitely was not a quality stay.”

• The price, cleanliness and location.
• Separate building from rest of hotel.

“For the price it met all are expectations. Loved the shower temperature and water pressure. Disappointed it was not all connected as 1 hotel. The breakfast was not ready by 6 pm. Could be jazzed up with fruit and yogurt.”
