• Clean, great location and

“No complaints. Place was clean, excellent location to Gillette Stadium, only had one person come to our room for excessive partying, which was impressive.”

• The woman at the desk was very friendly/accommodating.
• The entire hotel stunk like an ashtray - even the non smoking rooms.

“This hotel is definitely not worth the money! Maybe if you are a smoker, you won't mind, but for non smokers, the smell is unbearable - even in non smoking rooms. We tried several rooms before realizing they all smell. Even the mattresses smell like an ashtray. Breakfast is included, but it's not a great meal. The only good thing about the hotel was the very friendly/helpful woman at the front desk.”

• For the price it was not bad.
• I did not like the staff that worked there. They tried to charge my credit card for the stay.

“The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you are going to watch an event at the Comcast center, then it's ok. It's only about 10 minutes away. If you are there for a Patriots game then it's perfect location. It's only about 3 minutes down the road. My only complain is with the staff. If you stay here please make sure they DO NOT charge you.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• The staff.

“Horrible experience. We went to see a patriot's game. We left the game early so we could get something to eat and were told by the desk that this would be impossible. No one could deliver and they had no food available. We couldn't even leave the facility because we were told that we wouldn't be able to get back due to road construction. My husband went looking for a vending machine and what did he find. Food! Right there in the motel. The bed was hard, the heat wouldn't shut off. All in all, a very miserable experience. If I had known the truth I never would have stayed there. We were totally miserable and the worst thing was that this trip was my husband's Christmas present!”

• Front desk staff was very nice.
• The smoking rooms were very close to none and It stank.

• The front desk clerk was friendly.
• Cigarette smoke everywhere. Smoke smell everywhere!

“She was able to put us in a smoking room but the hallways stank of smoke. The hotel is located on Route 1. Loud traffic passes all night! Worse. Usually Holiday Inn Express is great but this hotel appears to get much use from dirty, smoky travelers and Gillette Stadium partiers. Not a family hotel!”

• Continental breakfast was a great way to start the day.
• The 'pizza, French fry' machine gives off way too may odors.

“Great for a one or two night stay. Restaurants and chopping close to hotel. Staff was very pleasant.”

• Very fast service.
• Furnishings were very old.

“This hotel was OK. The location wasn't too bad, and the service was fast and friendly. However, the hotel's website advertised a gym, but it turned out to be off site and a fee was involved. I normally do not stay in a hotel without an onsite gym; luckily I was only staying one night. The furnishings, especially the bathroom fixtures, were outdated and felt a little depressing. However, the hotel was pretty quiet and I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't be against staying here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice for the area (I prefer the hotels in Mansfield).”

• Not enough electrical outlets laptop/phone charger, etc.

“There was a sign noting that the hotel was undergoing renovations, the hotel did seem that it needed upgrading and updating. The sheets on the bed...well, I have a strong dislike for the non-fitted sheets, which were on the bed, that along with the non-fitted mattress pad made for an uncomfortable night's rest. Each room has a fridge and micro. Breakfast was great, continental type with warm, yummy cinnamon rolls. ”
