  • Staff quickly changed my original room which had not been thoroughly cleaned.
  • The "old" wing, which was about 40 degrees in the hallways.

“The first assigned room was not becoming of a Sheraton product. However, the staff changed my room into the newer wing, which was more satisfactory. The location was in the vicinity of Boston-Logan Airport, but was not within immediate striking distance. It would be categorized as 'okay', but certainly nothing special.”

  • Clean, modern, close to shopping, multiple restaurant choices.
  • We booked a king size bed, but did not get one - we got 2 doubles. Shuttle to airport very slow and unattentive.

“Very nice hotel, with lots of conveniences. The double room was lovely, but we asked for a king bed - it would have been perfect had we got it. We called from the airport to get picked up by the complimentary shuttle and were told that it would be there in 15 - 20 minutes, to wait outside. It was freezing outside, and about 15 minutes later the shuttle drove right by us. We waited another 15 minutes for it to return, and still no shuttle. We had to call back again - each call cost us money - so much for complimentary!!! Finally about an hour after our first call the shuttle arrived. The next morning on the shuttle back to the airport, we were told that it leaves every 15 minutes - to be there 5 minutes early. We got there and had to wait for 15 minutes for airline staff to take their time arriving - definitely it was geared to them and not the casual visitor. All in all, a good hotel and Priceline.com gave us a great price, but the only disappointment of our trip was the poor shuttle service.”

  • Staff tried to remedy our displeasure.
  • Left to wait for shuttle at airport, then had to take cab, the hotel paid though.

“Handicapped room - no tub, just water on the floor. Had to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle & then was told we had to wait another 15 minutes or so, or we could take a cab and they'd pay. Arrived at hotel very late. Staff tried to make us happy though. Not the best Sheraton experience overall.”

“I was lied to, when checking into the hotel. I asked for a room upstairs, I was told nothing was available, I was given a room on the so called 1st floor level( more like basement), underneath the meeting rooms. Loud Hip Hop music/party was going on. I called the front desk, and said this would not work. Some how, a room on the 6th floor, was available. Ya, right. Once inside room, it was OK. You can hear your neighbors, very easily through the walls. I never got a good night's rest there.”

“Photo's are incredibly deceiving. This hotel is at best a 2 maybe 2.5 star moderate. Clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Location reasonable. Quiet in the evening.”

  • Smelly, poorly lighted rooms and public spaces and musty.

“The hotel is conveniently located to Logan Airport, especially if arriving late or leaving early in the morning. Quality of rooms, service, food, and hotel facilities is way below expectations.”

  • Parking lot was tight.

“Very convenient - free shuttles to airport, movies, etc. Very accommodating staff - let us check in early, switched us to a different room (we needed 1 king, not two full). Quiet, clean. Nice bathroom.”

“Located in a run-down neighborhood,not much staff around here except a Uno pizza house, McDonald, and a strip mall. Facility is way too old (I guess it was built in 70s). Not a 4 star hotel I expected.”

  • The room was not neat and bathroom had no fan or vents.

“The rooms in the older section did not live up to the star reputation of the hotel. The bathroom had no vents or fans which made it uncomfortable for use. The sink was cracked and the beds were not made neatly.”

  • Hair in the bath tub and on the sink. Filthy.

“I was more than disappointed with my stay at the Four Points By Sheraton. My room was filthy. Hair in sink and tub. The room seemed disturbed. The furniture was not were you would expect it. paint was peeling off the ceiling. Old cardboard under the chipped and peeling entertainment center. Table had the finish peeling off. It seemed as if I was in a tattered apartment.”

  • The pool was very small and the location was pretty poor.
