• It is right on the beach.
• Pet friendly -this is fine-but people did not always pick up after them.

“Bring your bikes and cruise around this great area the hotel is right on the beach and has an excellent Italian restaurant next door. Nice experience overall breakfast included.”

• Breakfast could have been to 1100am.

• On the beach, nice pool, and right near top restaurants.
• Continental breakfast area was a mob scene.

“Great value for a beach front hotel. Friendly staff, near top attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend to family and friends.”

• They upgraded our room at no extra expense to full ocean view.
• Nothing.

“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Free internet in the lobby with a coffee bar.”

• Very close access to beach. Provided continental breakfast.
• Bedbug infested. Mosquitoes in room. Bad odor in room. Main door was difficult to open and had a 1inch gap at bottom.

“This was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The door was impossible to open and had one inch gap at the bottom so noise from the parking lot ran straight into the room. There were bedbugs in the bed and I am still scratching as a write this review. I stayed up all night trying to kill the many mosquitoes that buzzed around the room. This hotel was quite far from the main tourist area; however, the short walk to the beach was nice.”

• Lobby closes early at night, Too far from center of town.

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Redone rooms were very nice.
• Hallways and stairways could use a little help. Dirty and old looking.

“The staff was great. Very warm and helpful. When I called to confirm my reservation Irene (?) Even said to be careful driving that it was very windy on the cape. The room was very nice and newly remodeled the ocean view was an unexpected surprise. It seems they have more work to do in the common areas but otherwise great stay.”

• Has private beach with beach and oceanfront rooms.
• Beach and oceanfront rooms expensive for 2 star hotel.

“The Surfside was a clean and friendly hotel. Close to downtown Provincetown and other places to see. They have a limited continental breakfast. There is a pool and private beach. It is family friendly and is friendly to dog guests as well.”
