• The pool.
• The rooms, the staff and the location.

“It is no place to stay if you have children, this motel is by far not a family friendly place. It is dirty and we will never stay there again, even if it was free!”

• Nothing.
• Foul smell, run down, inefficient equipment, big spiders in doorways.

“Our room had a foul odor. The iron board was broken. The room looked run down - paint peeling off the walls. There were big spiders in every doorway. There were roaches in the room. People were smoking in the pool at midnight. The attendant at the front desk gave our room away to another customer. The air conditioner took awhile to clean the room.”

• I liked leaving this hotel.
• 20 words or less is not possible. This was the worst place I have ever had to stay.

“In the first 30 minutes of being in this room, we killed about 7 flies, and there were still many flying about. Somalia's would have complained about the amount of flies. When I complained about the flies, they acted like I was bothering them by asking for someone to spray the room. When I offered to spray the room myself, the woman acted as if she didn't want me to use the Hot Shot. The staff was rude and made no effort to remedy the situation. There were about 40+ corpses from dead flies stuck to the poorly constructed and hideously ugly walls. The pool was never opened, but that "isn't our fault" said the staff. How is not maintaining the pool, not their fault? We left the room till very late at night to ensure the shortest stay possible. In the morning, when the shower was turned on, it was broken and water only drizzled out of the shower head, while most came out of the faucet below. There was only one towel for two guests. The carpet was slightly damp, which caused the room to smell even worse. When I complained at check out time, there were literally two other people yelling and at the staff about how disgusting their room was as well. The staff HAS to be numb to the complaints by now, but not even an apology came from the male "supervisor" who claimed he had no authority to offer me any of my money back. In short, this experience was awful and I will make for certain that this hotel chain will never be revisited by me or my guest.”

• It was close to the freeway and it was very quiet and every one was great there.
• There was nothing I did not like it was a nice hotel.

“This hotel was nice, clean and very friendly. I do not have any thing to say bad it was a very nice stay.”
