• Location close to our destination, easy access, very polite desk attendant.
• No one at the front desk. Most of the time.

“We had stayed at this hotel 3 yrs. Before and it was clean. When we came this time. There was hair in our beds floors not clean. Families living there with small kids running in halls. No cooking utensils, pots, pans. No coffee or tea (As per advertisement) and stained pillows. We had to go out and buy pillows and bedclothes. The cleaning person told us when we arrived at 3:00 that she had already clocked out and could not provide us with anything. So, we felt like it was run by fly-by-night people. I would not recommend this to anyone. If it hadn't been so close to my daughter we would have gone elsewhere.”

• No customer service. Room was dirty. No daily housekeeping. Linens old, worn and dingy. Spots on the floor around bed.

“On a scale of 1-10, this hotel was a -20. I was given a key to a room which was already occupied. When I couldn't get in, I had to go back to the front desk and was told by the desk clerk to wait, he would get the people out. I told him I wanted a different room. The customer service was awful, housekeeping only comes once a week to empty trash and change linens, there were spots of who knows what all around the bed on the floor. The linens were worn and dingy. People were hanging out in the halls and the walls are so thin that I could hear the people next door putting in the time on the microwave. There are fingerprints on all the walls and dust balls in the corners of the room. This was a terrible place to stay. I would not advise anyone to ever go there.”
