• The space.
• The pool was dirty and the staff was very rude.

• Someone sometime had smoked in the room.

“The staff were super and the hotel was convenient for our needs. The only negative was the odor of cigarette smoke from a previous guest.”

• Easy access to Fort Hood, the area was clean.
• Could not get maintenance for tub issues at night.
