“Good place to stay for the night; room was comfortable and clean. Had a computer to check my email on, although the connection was pretty slow. Staff was very friendly; check-in and out was fast.”

“We were in line for 30 minutes with other travelers that had also had the reservation they made changed without notice.”

“I checked into the motel late Sunday night and upon entering the room realized that I would not sit on the bed, let alone sleep on the bed. The mattresses were on the floor and the condition of the room were not appealing what so ever. I placed calls to find an alternate accommodation and left. I called price line twice that same evening and the next morning to advise them of my experience and was told that I would receive an email in a couple of days. This is the only email that I have received. I would like a refund on my reservation since I could not stay in the room as is.”

“For the price, it was a very pleasant facility and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast nice, the exterior had some problems, the interior needed updating and it was difficult to get to until you knew how to do it.”

“Overall/ good did the job! Was kind of stingy about getting more towels, and no breakfast could be brought back to the room, to me while I was getting ready> I felt like that was cheap on their part. I asked for more towels and they were kind of stingy.”

“The rooms were just ok; the staff was terrible in fact they didn't give me the time of day.”

“Don't stay at this hotel regardless of how low the price is. You are better off in the rain with no umbrella.”

“We spent one night, after arriving in Dallas at 730pm, we called for the shuttle from the hotel to come pick us up. We called every 30 minutes asking where they were and were repeatedly told that they were on the way. Finally, at 1100pm we decided to pay the 25$ to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. When we finally arrived the desk clerk started telling us it was entirely our fault that the driver could not find us. Even after repeatedly telling us that we were in the right place. It was late, we were tired, we had missed our flight, and we were not treated very nice by the staff.”

“Room clean, needed a car to get to area sites and restaurants. We were stuck in DFW for 20 hours.”

“Strong smoke smell in non-smoking room, although the front desk staff did offer to let me switch rooms. Other than that it was okay for a short night with a shuttle to DFW airport.”

“This is an older hotel, but the rooms were nice. There is nothing that a fresh coat of paint won't cure on the outside.”

“I used my top cover blanket to seal the crack under the door. Cold air poured in and the heater only turned on once the whole night. The remaining sheet and thin fuzzy blanket was doubled as well as unused towels wrapped me up for warmth during the 5 hour rest there. Other than my room problem, the front desk staff and shuttle driver were excellent.”

“Comfortable hotel, but the rooms are dated and need to be renovated. Pleasant staff. Free wireless access. Good and functional for a night's sleep, but not upscale.”

“Staff great. Room dumpy. Wi-Fi difficult to use and LAN cable not available in room.”

“When I booked this hotel it is standard the accommodations are for two people. This hotel charged us double what our accepted price was for the extra bed. The room had a kitchenette which we did not need, two double beds, and a sofa bed. This was not what we booked to start or the price we had expected. Moreover, the beds were very uncomfortable.”

“While the hotel is clean, so not expect the higher end quality inn. The hotel is great for overnight airport passengers but the rooms are small. The breakfast however was very good. They served waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, and drinks. ”

“Plus: Convenient, near the airport, bus shuttle, living room with little kitchen and bedroom minus: no choice of restaurants or bars near by, just one (Denny's), if you travel without a car you're stuck with delivery food.” Amenities at Park Inn, Dfw North, Irving
