• It was very modern and comfortable.
• The fire alarm went off at 5am and they couldn't get it to stop.

“I think the experience was good for the most part. I am ill on the fact that they could not get the alarm to stop so I just left cause I could not handle the noise.”

• Need to fix their Business Center. Front desk staff need to be friendly.

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel twice. First time we were there, they were under renovation. Second time we were there, we were put in a room has a broken tile in the bathroom. There's stain on the wall in the shower. Apparently no one tell the management. The staff in the front are always in the back room talking and never greet the guests. Their Internet and their printer only work half of the time. I have to admit their breakfast is great, and they do refill all the beverage and food.”
