• The staff! We were upgraded for free!
• Nothing.

“The lobby was super clean, the staff friendly and available. Breakfast was gravy and hot biscuits! I am very pleased with this choice!”

• Evening supervisor was absolutely awesome.
• Shuttle is not always free depending upon time.

“I enjoyed this experience and found that the evening supervisor was especially helpful. The early morning shuttle to the airport was not free - apparently the hotel only provides shuttle 0800-5p? Otherwise the experience was quite good.”

• Staff was very helpful.
• 2 star not 2.5 star, pool cloudy, breakfast eggs poor.

“They need scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is definitely a 2 star hotel, not a 2.5 star.”

• Infested with bed bugs.

“This place is infested with bed bugs! When woke in the morning and opened the laptop and there were bugs crawling all over it. Had many bug-bites that had to go to the doctor to have treated. Do not stay at this location.”

• Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

“Clean rooms, great breakfast nice place to stay. Our trip was fast so we did not see all they had to offer.”
