• The price was reasonable.
• Was dirty, run down, and under construction. Room not made up.

“Hotel lobby looked nice upon check in, however when got to the room level, was shocked because hotel was filthy, and under construction. Room was not made up, and had previous occupant's trash left behind. ”

• Lobby was nice, the hotel staff was friendly.
• No internet service in room, cable TV lacked channels.

“When we arrived the hotel was hosting a fashion show, no parking spaces available, had to park at front door until show was over. Due to recent upgrades to rooms the toilet was leaking at the base, maintenance personnel repaired, water in sink was hot, no cold water. No internet service was available in room.”

• Room was not made up once, loud party in the hallway at 12 pm.

• There was nothing positive about this hotel.
• The rooms are filthy, they stink and they are all torn up.

“We were put in a room that was horrible. The halls have holes in the sheet rock. The ceiling is falling down. The sheets and bedspread had hair and grime on them. We went to the front desk and they gave us a room in the tower. It was no better. We could not stay at this dump. The hotel could not refund the money.”
