• Location, service, lovely room.
• Bar was a singles hang out.

• Luxury, highly service-oriented, friendly staff, more than helpful.

“There are an abundance of service employees, so you might feel like you need to tip too often. It is beautiful, but not over the top, understated elegance, which I like. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. However, internet is 10.99, parking overnight is 27, short-term guest parking is 13 (you can only park valet), room service coffee is 10 for the pot, but somehow added up to 18. But for a hotel of this caliber that is par for the course. The bar is a lively place, at least on the weekend while we were there, with a live band and dancing.”

• The service from valets on was impeccable.
• I didn't have time to use the spa.

• Exceptional staff. Some of the best I've experienced. Extremely nice hotel & amenities.

“I travel often. I'm a hotel snob. This hotel was one of my absolute favorites and I will return and recommend it HIGHLY. I am typically just tolerant of most hotels. I will say this one was exceptional. Hats off to the management and staff.”

• Elegant, yet simplistic. It was a wonderful and luxurious retreat.
• Valet parking was required and pricey.
