“I was very pleased with this hotel, though it is not a new hotel, it is in a good location (right across the hwy from fry's electronics and Wal-Mart) Breakfast is great for a hotel, eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage and waffles. They weren't very busy so we were able to get a downstairs room with a king. Microwave and fridge in room. Wireless internet is not great but wired is fine. Carpet could use to be cleaned but all in all I would gladly stay in this hotel again. Also there is a hertz car rental with in walking distance at the Holiday Inn.”

“For my purposes the hotel was conveniently located. I especially appreciated having a full breakfast served instead of the usual continental breakfast. That was time saving for me because I did not have to hunt for a place to eat. I appreciated having the kitchen because that allowed me to have a relaxing meal in the room at night after a busy day.”

“The rooms are large and comfortable. Access to the pool and hot tub were easy. The staff was wonderful and met all of our needs and any request. It was just an overall wonderful experience for our family.”

“The staff was generally very nice and professional - everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The room was satisfactory - but there were stains on the walls, the carpet smelled funny like roses covering up mold, most of the lighting was fluorescent and it was just bad design. It was a safe, competent place to stay but it's not aesthetically pleasing. There was a large roach on my wall which I got rid of, but that was disgusting. The gym is barren, the vending machines don't work. They do consistently have warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies at the front desk, free newspapers, and hot breakfast every morning. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this is an average place to stay. Also, only 2 coffee mugs in my room - no plates, forks, knives etc. but they do have a working fridge and microwave. Lastly, the air condition seem to pump out frigid air that increased the bad rosy smell that was taking over the room. I had the AC off most of the time in my room.”

“My brand new car was vandalized in your parking lot and the hotel didn't help us at all. The back glass was shattered into 1,000,000 pieces of glass. No, I'm sorry, no offer to call police, no vacuum cleaner. They did ask if we would be staying another night, because we had not actually check out because of their lack of security. We said no, don't think I will ever be staying again.”

“Really enjoyed the hotel and room. Both were very nice. I did however lose $8,000.00 due to internet service going down and I did contact support. The lady told me to wait about 5 minutes and she would be back to assist me. About 45 minutes later she returned. To say the least, I was not in a good mood and she was extremely rude as well. However, she had not lost the $8,000.00 business transaction that I had waiting for her to return with news about the internet.”

“Overall ok hotel. Convenient location for business travelers. Nothing special to attract families or vacationers. The maintenance and cleaning staff need to remove and replace the caulking around the base of the toilet (toilet floor junction), and the caulking around the edge of the tub. Both had bad mold stains, and were the one thing that really turned me off on the cleanliness of the room.”
