• The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. The desk staff was courteous and helpful.

“This hotel is in close proximity to The House of Blues, George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park, among other attractions. It was very pleasant to walk to our destination, which seem unheard of in Houston.”

• A/C could have worked faster.

• The staff and location were great.
• The shower curtain did not close all the way and the bathroom door did not lock.

• I liked the hotel look, very clean!

“I would recommend hotel, I enjoyed my stay there though I would suggest that the hotel hire more friendly staff or otherwise invest in good customer service lessons. I felt discriminated, because I saw how the other persons behind me was treated, very different than us, which was very uncomfortable!”

• The beds were awesome! Wow, I almost didn't want to leave!
• Nothing bad to say.

“Loved it! The rooms were great! The beds were heavenly and they even had Wi-Fi! The bathrooms were huge and the shampoo and conditioner etc. was plentiful. The portions were generous and smelled great. The walk to the Toyota Center was only one minute away and very safe. It is well lit. So close to downtown and a wonderful place to stay. I can't wait to return! The staff is no nice and professional! Though the best factor is how great the beds are!”

• Located within one block of the event I was attending.
• Not a large selection of places to eat in the area.

• I loved the closeness to especially the passport agency. Everything was within walking distance, even Macy's.
• One could not close the curtains. It did not bother too much since we were on the 4th floor. But the glare from the light post was bothersome.

“We arrived on time for check in and were given a room, when we went in the key did not work. My husband went back to the lobby and we were given another room. When we opened the door, a family was occupying the room already. We made a trip back to the lobby again and were finally given a room. It was very inconvenient as we had to carry out luggage with our two children back down and to three different rooms.
