• They provided a shuttle to and from the airport for free. That was awesome!

“The hotel was nice (not overly fancy and not poorly kept). The room was clean and the staff at the front desk was helpful. It was a nice place to stay so close to the airport and the shuttle service was a definite plus. For a one night stay I couldn't ask for more. The offered a continental breakfast too which was good.”

• Not having to wait in line.
• The first room was someone else's and dirty, called down to them but now answer.

“Service was not even average. Slow crowd. Didn't feel special. First room was someone else's room but they programmed our key to it! It was dirty too. Second room was decent.”

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past but it seems to have changed management. I really enjoyed the experience of checking in with Sharon. She was a delight, helpful, & friendly. What I didn't like, was breakfast. The TV was so loud & in Spanish, just a horrible experience. Then every day, Do not disturb sign in door lock, either trying to open door, or knocking & asking if I wanted anything. Do not disturb.”

• Location was about it.
• Smoking room, they would not change me to a non smoking.

“Very weak on amenities. Not the first time I have gotten a smoking room.”

• Breakfast area was well kept and stocked. Very clean.
• Elevator needs to be updated. Slow and drab on the inside.

“My stay was pleasant. Uneventful, the way I like it. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The price, very fair. The rooms, clean. The location, convenient to Hobby airport. The check-in and out time was less than a minute. Very convenient, indeed! Breakfast was quick, convenient, everything worked, (toasters, other appliances, etc.). Well done!”

• I had a change in travel plans five minutes after making the reservation and could not cancel the reservation.
• Not being able to reach someone to cancel do to change in flight plans

“Never got to see it. Will complain to the credit card company if I have to pay the bill.”

• Very clean.
• Smelt like alcohol when we first arrived due to a family reunion being held there.

“Clean. Conveniently located. Smelt like alcohol when we first arrived due to family reunion being held in one of the rooms. Front desk staff was less than courteous. Less than optimal location due to high level of strip clubs very close by. However, it was nicely located between downtown activities and our trips to NASA and Battleship Texas.”
