• The clerk put us in a ground floor room when we asked for one.
• Room smelled.

“We had stayed at this hotel before, and we liked it. The room smelled like mold, but we were tired and there for a funeral. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and thats what we did.”

• Service was great. Breakfast was good and location was good.
• Was disappointed that the pool was closed. Carpet very dirty.

“Other than the dirty carpet the room was great. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Was disappointed that the pool was not open.”

• Need an indoor pool for its location.
• Fitness room machines out of order that's our whole purpose of staying there.

“I was disappointed that the workout room didn't work out for us with the out of order machines. There was not even a running bike. We could have stayed another facility for the same price but they didn't have a work out room. We got jipped on our monies.”

• The room was clean and spacious.
• The mattress was firm on the edge and sagging in the middle. It needs to be replaced.

“The hotel was easy to find and located close to our event we attended. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The room was lovely.
• The pool did not look clean.

“The hotel was clean, the room spacious and the complementary breakfast was nice. My only complaint was the pool was cloudy and didn't appear to have been cleaned recently.”

• They allow dogs, even though I had a Service Dog.
• Can't think of any thing, maybe a bigger breakfast room.

“Clean, friendly staff. Had locations for dogs to bathroom. Felt very safe, there were two of us (women) together.”
