• Location very near hospital where grandchild was born. Roads between very quiet.
• Air conditioner did not have a low fan level. Fan fairly noisy.

“Close to hospital, comfortable, wide range of choices for breakfast including eggs and bacon. They had cookies as a treat in the evening.”

• Great hotel & staff. Clean. Roomy. Loved the sheets & pillows. The bed was very comfortable.
• Exercise room needs a little work.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The sheets were high thread count. We had two choices of pillow firmness. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was slightly larger than normal. All the equipment in the room was functioning perfectly. The only thing they need is a bit of maintenance on the exercise room. Some of the equipment has been abused by past customers.”

• Set up of the room, not crowded.
• Sounded like a mouse under the bed or in the wall.

“The stay was generally great, especially with my 5-month-old son. My only complaint was that in the middle of the night there was tapping and rustling close to the headboard of the bed - I think there may have been a mouse, but I never had a chance to look. Other than that it was very clean and comfy.”

• Free breakfast was excellent.
• Smack dab on the highway exit ramp.

“This was a decent hotel. The room was clean, there was an indoor pool, the continental breakfast was a cut above the ordinary cold cereal and coffee routine, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel is right at the highway exit ramp, so we had an excellent view of the cars traveling the highway, and, unless we kept the drapes closed, they had an excellent view of US. A good hotel for business travelers, mountain lovers and visitors, go elsewhere.”

• Service was excellent, price reasonable, good breakfast selection.
• Wasn't crazy about the hot-tub/pool area. Full of kids.

• Continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, non smoking room, king size bed.
• Nothing.

“The staff was great, especially tees and Kyle, they went out of there way to take care of us on our return trip. The staff on our trip to begin with were also great I cannot remember there names though, the continental breakfast was great. We didnt have to look for a restaurant for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were great; the pool area was really clean. Our room was nice and clean. The fridge and coffee maker were an added bonus, also the Iron and Ironing board, nice big TV also with allot of channels, there was coffee and hot chocolate at all times In the breakfast room also. King size bed was also a plus. Looking forward to going back next year.”

• The staff was Very helpful and friendly, nice rooms and nice pool.
• Leaving and paying a higher price for a not so nice hotel to finish our trip.

“The hotel staff was wonderful and there were always a few people at the counter so if one was busy the other was able to help. The continental breakfast was very nice and saved us time and money for not going to get breakfast. The pool area was very clean and comfortable with towels always waiting on the shelf. Nice lounge area right outside pool that made drying off nice and relaxing”

• Pool and hot tub area were kept very neat and clean.
• Some noise from neighboring rooms.

“Very enjoyable stay. Indoor pool and hot tub helped make the choice in choosing a hotel in the area and we were not disappointed. Continental breakfast was very convenient and amply met the need for breakfast.”
