  • Best price.
  • Zero facilities and small reception desk.

“For anyone who needs a place to crash close to The College, this is the best.”

  • Location/fair price/clean.
  • Needs some minor renovations.

“It met my needs of being clean, and having a bed and a bathroom. It was reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

  • It was comfortable and reasonably priced.
  • It was very small and stuffy.

“I enjoyed the motel very much. It was reasonably priced kind of small but, I enjoyed it over all.”

  • It was close to everything that we planned for the weekend.
  • The smell of the rooms, not bad, but almost like a stale smell, I will bring a candle next trip.

“Our overall stay was great, we arrived late, very late and the staff was amazingly helpful. We needed two cots and the provided them without an issue. Parking was perfect; the rooms were cool and clean when we arrived. Albeit a little out dated with the decor, it served its purpose for our family vacation. The rooms had a bit of a stale smell, but a candle and a bit of air freshener would fix that. We had a bug in one of the rooms which flew in but that was taken care off after a few seconds. The Inn is located in front of railroad tracks, but so are a lot of Inn's and hotels on Richmond Rd, it was no biggie, after our long ride, and we slept well. Plenty of hot water and clean fresh towels. For the price we would all stay there again.”

  • Location.
  • Boring, dull.

“Clean, no spots on bed sheets or towels or pillows. Nice shower. Remote was broken. Bed was okay, not pillow top but okay.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The staff at the hotel was very helpful in getting extra towels and recommending restaurants.
  • The shower in the bathroom was level with the floor and when you took a shower the water ran onto the floor and into where the bed was located.

“The location was excellent to where we needed to be, price was very reasonable, and the manager was very helpful.”

  • Location.
  • No security locks inside door.

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No, in room coffee.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Location was great.
  • Rooms were very much in need of updating.

“Rooms are very outdated; curtains were very worn and tattered. Linens and bedding were in good condition, staff was very helpful & friendly. Continental breakfast was bananas, juice and doughnuts and coffee. If youre only looking for a clean bed & shower this is a good choice for the price. It is nothing to brag about but is suitable for a cheap overnight visit. The location in Williamsburg is very close to everything tourists may want to do.”

  • Nothing it was a dump.
  • 1970 This was probably a nice motor lodge.

“This is a very old motel lodge. I was only connected to it for about an hour. The other three hours I was on the phone with tech support. It never really worked! The place is very small and dark. We stayed at three different places on our vacation, this place was the worst. There were many nice hotels in the area I would have paid more money to stay at those.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • The hotel was in the perfect spot to major tourist locations.
  • The room was clean on the surface, but dirt and dust under the bed furniture.

“The hotel is perfect for family tourist destination, not a hotel to stay in the room for more then sleeping.”

  • Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was good and price was excellent.
  • Trains ran directly behind hotel.

“For the quality of the hotel we were looking at this hotel met it. Would have considered staying at the hotel again if the trains did not run right behind the hotel so that it could wake you up at night and the mattresses were soft. So, if you like soft mattresses, are a sound sleeper, travel with your own pillow and are looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and friendly this is the hotel for you.”
