  • Great location to all local activities.
  • No attention to details at all.

“This place is a dump. It should never have been listed at 2.5 stars on Priceline. It would have been cheaper to book direct as well.”

  • Close to Busch Garderns and restaurants, clean, comfortable beds.
  • Nintendo Game Cube did not work, staff tried to fix the problem.

“We have two young children and they wanted to play Nintendo but it didn't work. The staff tried to fix the problem but was unsuccessful. Our kids were disappointed but got over it pretty quickly.”

  • Great FANTASTIC restaurant, pool and staff.
  • Beds uncomfortable, Ice bowl was dirty.

“The restaurant was WONDERFUL! A Louisiana style cooking. Beds were a little rough and our ice bowl was dirty but everything else was GREAT! Hot tub and pool was also very nice.”

  • VERY close to Busch Gardens, huge pool, great staff.
  • It just seemed like it was in need of a makeover/update.

“Hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, but old. Therefore, it almost gave the appearance of being dirty. The hot tub didn't work and appeared to be in need of other maintenance. The pool was huge - the biggest hotel pool I've ever seen.”

  • Nothing.
  • The staff was rude, the toilet did not work, bathroom is very small, and it is very noisy.

“Horrible hotel, staff is rude, I was told by the front desk girl that it was up to her what room I got. The toilet did not work and the only room they had was a pet room, which I am highly allergic to. Not recommended for anyone!”

  • Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed/pillows and nice pool area.
  • Bathroom was tight. Not enough room to open door without hitting the shower. It would be nice to have a continental breakfast.

“This is the second year we have stayed in this facility. It is very nice. We enjoyed both visits. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. The indoor pool area is very nice....the heated pool is actually heated.”

  • The suite allowed us to be with our family after you had finished being out for the day.
  • The room suite could have been to a higher finish of cleanliness.

“The suite we stayed in had 2 bedrooms 1 on suite a living room and a basic kitchen/dining area. This allowed us to spend time with the family instead of being split between 2 separate rooms. The hotel could have a better standard of cleanliness (the towels cheeped me out). We had an excellent stay, allowing us to explore the Williamsburg area with ease.”

  • The room was clean and sufficient size. Only a ten minute walk to Colonial Williamsburg.
  • Although this is a smoke-free facility, there was still a slight odor of cigarettes.

“The location of the hotel was great. Our beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again.”

  • Rooms had a musty smell along with the hallways were poorly lit.

“The hotel is confidently located to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The lobby was clean and looked inviting. The pool was clean and well kept. The rooms were musty and the bathrooms are quite small.”

“We where surrounded by dogs in four of the 5 rooms around us, did get moved and have a person walk in on us, than every four hours the train came by, no sleep or could we relax.”

  • The location is good and the morning coffee in the lobby was nice.
  • The room was tiny and in significant disrepair and not good quality bathroom fixtures. Missing trim on the counter tops. Maid service did not happen.

“Do not rely on the Sheraton name for this hotel. There are much better rooms in Williamsburg. I'm not sure if our room was one of the worst.”

  • Lobby/pool beautiful.
  • Carpet filthy, bathrooms old and dirty, internet didn't work.

“The condo was nice except for the fact that you could not take off your shoes. Pet stains all over the rug and the internet hook up didn't work more than 2 minutes. Toilet in 2nd bath started to leak around base.”

  • The location was excellent. Very close to all attractions.
  • Our room was not cleaned as well as it could have been each day.

“It was a nice place to stay. Very close to all major attractions. A nice, safe environment. The staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Room was nice. The vending machines were not filled on a regular basis. The maid did not do the best job while we were there, but the room was very clean when we arrived.”
