“We attempted to stay there two nights. We were given our room key by the night manager. As we entered our room, we see that the cleaning staff neglected to finish cleaning the room. All the furniture was upside down on the beds, the beds were pushed off their headboards, the dresser was pushed to the side and in the middle of the room, and there was trash all over the floor. We were given an upgraded room, a queen size room we went into that room and the air conditioner did not work. We were then upgraded to a king size suite. The room was ok, but the AC didn't work correctly and there as a dehumidifier in the room. We were willing to deal with that and just go to sleep. We go to get into bed and realize there are no pillowcases on the pillows and the pillows were stained yellow. Upon further inspection I notice there was blood spots all over the quid on the bed. At that point we decided to drive down the road to another hotel. We went to the Patrick Henry Inn and got a wonderful room, a free breakfast, and a working AC. I would never recommend the Quarter path to anyone.”
