“They have decent beds and pillows, but while showering I could see an amazing build up of red dirt on the rounded top of the tile of tub area. Lamps didn't work and the place just seemed tired and in need of attention.”

“This is not a family oriented hotel, being that it is very dirty and way too many men hanging around. I did not feel safe at all.”

“Problems from the time we checked in. A family reunion had been scheduled for 8 months prior to check in. 7 out of 10 rooms were wrong. 3 out of 10 had been cancelled. Bugs in bed. Guest next door also found bugs in bed, requested fresh sheets. Guests were told they would have to make their own bed because they had no one to do it. Guest proceeded to make bed with fresh linens. Crackers were found in fresh sheets! Air conditioners did not work at all in 1 room and not cool in 8. Overall, horrible, terrible experience to celebrate my parents 55th wedding anniversary!”

“It was like a cheap version of a Las Vegas hotel. They're attempt at duplication was very poor. Several things in the hotel needed repair from extended use or vandalism. Not worth the money we spent. The pictures were very flattering for this dark, dank, depressing hotel.”

“It's big and over all very nice, the rooms are an 8 star room and a free breakfast lots of things to pick from, pool, kids room, a bar for adults and most of all you feel good when your here.”

“This hotel would be considered a good place for someone with children. There are plenty of things for children to do and be occupied with. The negative side of this hotel is the rooms were pretty small, room service is not consistently available, and the staff in the dining area and at the front desk is rude and unpleasant.”

“I guess this would be a nice place to bring your family (kids) because they would love the indoor pool and other things they have for kids. But because of all the kids, and the Christmas parties and things they were having, it was extremely noisy and unless I go to see my grandson (and he loved it) we would not stay their again.”

“Pretty good if you are traveling with children who want to swim and play. But, not so good if you do not have children with you and need to get some sleep before a meeting. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is excellent and the buffet lunch is also excellent. Room service was decent. But, I spent much time looking at the layer of dust on the furniture. My daughter found several things under the beds and I found a used, extra pillow between the bed and the wall. All the coke machines were out of order. The hot tub was broken the first day, then the second day it had so much chlorine that I couldn't stand being in it. The beds are full-size, not the 2 queen size that you usually have in hotel room. I didn't realize that full-size is slightly bigger than twin beds. My husband and I each had to sleep in a bed with a child because we weren't comfortable squished in one bed. The beds were of excellent quality and had three pillows to a bed. The drink package states that you get two free drinks, but that is per room. If there is only one adult, you don't get two drinks, you get one. It is one free drink per person, up to two free drinks per room. Bottom line: if you are traveling with kids, and are willing to go through the before mentioned hassles, so you can get a good breakfast and the kids have many things to do, then this would be a good choice. But, if you are traveling for business, I would recommend that you go to one of the many hotels next to it.”

“Overall, my stay was acceptable. The room was extremely comfortable. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. There was still old coffee in the coffee maker when we arrived, and the dishes sat out in the hall for pickup stayed there for two days.”
