• Public sitting area to small.

• Close to places to eat.
• All.

“When called for reservation, told there is an outdoor pool. Never mentioned that it does not open until memorial day. Did not think I had to ask if the pool was filled. Small rooms. No closet. Beds uncomfortable. No fitted sheets so sheets came off the bed every time you moved. Cover for a/c controls broke off. Bathroom small. Sink coming out of the wall. Inside of sink all cracked and in between the cracks it was black. Not sure how it is sanitized? Ran out of tissues and not refilled. Small bar of soap for (2) people. When asked for extra towels told that the manager was gone and the person did not have the key for linen. Had to insist she call the manager to get the key. Just uncomfortable and unclean. Would not recommend. I travel and am a consultant and when I speak about customer satisfaction, I will use park inn as an example of what not to offer! ”
