• Very clean, budget-friendly, and convenient to the beach, shopping and dining.
• Not a luxury hotel.

“I found this hotel extremely clean and well kept. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, you will want to look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a clean hotel that is a great. My family of four had plenty of space in our room with two standard double beds. This hotel is convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. I would recommend it to others.”

• It was convenient to all of the places we needed to be during our visit to VA beach.
• Most of the hotel had been rented to a large party of loud; rude people who kept us awaken most of the night.

“The hotel was convenient to fine dining, ocean front and other places of interest. For the price it was adequate but we could not sleep the second night because loud and obnoxious people hung out in the parking lot and on balconies yelling back and forth until after 3:30 a.m. There was only one female manager there to try to correct the problem and she appeared to be afraid to confront the guilty parties.”

• The size of the room and the kitchen. But there was no coffeemaker.
• We were told we could not have visitors and we were there to visit family.

“Very close to the beach, which was good. Very small and uninviting pool area and virtually no other amenities on site. For the location with a large room with kitchen it was a good value.”
