• Location.
• Everything, especially owner.

“Tropicana is a very dirty hotel which I have ever seen. It is awful staff. The elevator is always busy. It makes me crazy to wait for it about twenty minutes to be on the first floor. Then, it is awful that staff and guests use the same elevator. Linen, trash and guests. It smells something. The towels are dirty. Linen is too. Maintenance works very badly. There so much trash on each floor. Trash containers smell bad.”

• Loved the location and has outdoor pool.
• Needs to have room service or restaurant.

“The hotel is right on the boardwalk. Wonderful location with near by restaurants and other attractions. Stayed in oceanfront room which had excellent view of the beach. Hotel was clean and no problems during the stay. Looked at many other hotels near by but could not beat the location and the rate. Great beach hotel. Overall good stay.”

• Hotel was not fit for people-very unsanitary.

“Unsanitary conditions (bathroom) water damage, inside vanity was moldy and dirty. Rude employees, room never got cleaned, was told I would get a discount for waiting 1 1/2 hours after check in before I could go to my room (w/wife and daughter under 1year), found dough nuts that had mold on them, towels were stained with what appeared to be blood, owner Nick did not care about helping us out-he just wanted our money.”
