  • The actual location was close to market and allowed us to find places to eat while in the area.

“We were staying on the first floor and the noise level above us was horrible. We heard every step, water, TV noise, flush, word, bang all night long. Very hard to sleep there. The room was to have been a non smoking, the minute we opened the door it was obvious there was a cover up smell. Not enough towels.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Clean room, well located near downtown, stadium.

“Continental breakfast was avgas, coffee was burnt, cereal, toast & job was not spectacular. Buzz brew next door was an excellent place to eat breakfast, lunch, and supper. Neighborhood appeared safe, pool was clean, rooms were clean, bathroom was little small but clean. Room was fairly quiet despite highway near by. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Ten minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Texas stadium and love field. Dallas fort worth was about a half hour away. Would recommend it you want an economical stay without frills.”

  • The room was large, and had a microwave and a coffee pot.
  • I just don't like the Dallas highways and traffic! Hotel was great!

“This hotel has a very nice staff. It seems to be located in a very nice area of the city, and I would be happy to stay there again.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[6]

  • Room relatively clean, housekeeping staff very good.
  • Hard to find your way around the area.

“Considering the downtown location, it was convenient and well kept. Staff seemed nice, courteous and helpful. Though directly on the expressway, noise was not a problem. Parking lot a bit cramped, but not a big problem. Adjacent restaurant a bit strange, but there were others nearby.”

  • The room was very clean and much nicer than expected.
  • The parking lot is hard to maneuver and overcrowded on weekend nights.

“I found this hotel to be a nice change of pace. I've stayed in different areas of Dallas and this particular area was easily accessible from the highway. The rooms were very clean and a nice size for the price. My only complaint was the lack of parking. There is a 24 hour restaurant that also shares the same parking lot and on Saturday night, it was impossible to find a parking spot at the hotel. There were patrons who were even creating their own parking spots which made it hard to drive through the area.”

  • Convenient location to downtown.
  • Claustrophobic rooms, short ceilings, bad TV system, small bathroom.

“Convenient location, cheap, unattractive property.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Newly remodeled. Nice fixtures & upgrades. Friendly help. Great for Spanish speaking guests.
  • Nothing.

“The outside does not do justice to the inside of the hotel. It is newly remodeled with a wonderful decor. Very cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Free wireless internet access worked very well. Convenient location. Did not experience the free breakfast, but if in need of a quick meal; there is a mad right across the expressway that is very easy to get to. There is another restaurant on site which I did not patronize. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable and clean for the price.”

  • Clean, comfortable, everything worked (A/C, shower, TV).
  • Nothing that I can think of.

“Hotel location was convenient to my final destination. Easy access on and off freeway. Although located on the freeway service road, noise was not that bad and I had no trouble sleeping. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good price. Just what I wanted for a quick, one-night trip.”

“Great experience there was two staff members that really stood out for me and that made me being an out of Towner feel good I have only been to Texas 2 times before never being over night and I loved my week stay.”
