• The new sleep comfort beds.
• Poorly managed while under remodel.

“This hotel was being remodeled, even under those conditions many things were not in working order, room drapes, closet rod, internet connection. The restaurant was not open for dinner and the outside options within walking distance were poor. ”

• Hotel is under remodeling construction. Dirty.

“Was not pleased with the Radisson. Worst hotel stay in the Dallas area ever. Phone did not work in room. Very poor.”

• Location-near airport, restaurants and Texas Stadium.
• Hallways were hot and dirty.

“Hotel was in a good location. Front desk employee was totally unfriendly. Put us in the only room in the whole building that had to be reached by climbing stairs, no elevator. Had lots of luggage so asked for another room. Hallways were hot and dirty, and dark. Room was fairly clean but both days only received 2 bath towels, no wash rags or hand towels.”

“Decent hotel in bad area. Very close to adult entertainment establishments, not a place for children/families. Hotel can be noisy with rowdy guests, especially late at night when strip clubs close.”

“It is in very poor condition. It's dirty and falling apart in places. Some of the staff was helpful but some of them clearly didn't want to be there.”

“Our restroom looked like a one-star hotel restroom. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall & the rubber baseboard along the bottom of the wall was pulled off & hanging in the floor. My wife wanted to ask for another room, but I was embarrased to do so.”

“Not only did I receive a great price, the hotel and its staff was a major plus, always helpful and always courteous. Case in point, I forgot to bring my wall charger for my cell phone, but since I did have my A/C charger, it was no problem to plug my cell phone into the shuttle van every night...awesome, and helped me stay stress free!”
