“The entire hotel smelt terrible. The disinfectant they used was too strong of an odor. When I checked in, there were postings at the lobby desk about the safety in the area. I am a single female traveling at night and this was a major concern for me. When I went to my car the next morning, several vehicles had been broken into overnight. A terrible experience for this rating of a hotel. I will never recommend this Radisson to anyone.”

“Great location by Mockingbird Station and close to Northpark Mall. Has been updated, so is attractive although room was somewhat cramped. Coffeepot and tea bags in room very low-end. My tea bags were not replaced after use, I had to go to desk next night. All in all, a good experience.”

“This hotel was in a convenient location for our visit to a local hospital. The sleep number bed was nice, but I couldn't seem to get adjusted right until the middle of the night.”

“When going into the holiday it looks ok from the outside. It was too far from where we are working and inconvenient. Then yesterday there was no room service, the room smells and you have to body slam the door, to open it. We turned on the heater and it smelt like someone was dieing. The food was left in the room, there is mildew.”

“This hotel was in a very central location, easy access to many restaurants and shopping center. Right off Hwy 35 and within walking distance of many attractions! Great motel for the price!”

“The hotel was nice, unfortunately there was a cheerleading camp at SMU that weekend, so we had 100's of middle and high school age cheerleaders running around the hotel, which for some may be attractive, but was not to us. There was no ice on our floor, the soda machine was out of several selections, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with a staff that tries hard to please you.”

“Clean and well kept. Beds and down pillows provided a dream sleep literally. I would stay in this hotel again. I would suggest that they provide bags for the ice makers and provide optional plastic cups along with the glass ones in the room.”

“Hotel was easy to access from the freeway, as well as get on to the freeway. Walking distance to Mockingbird Plaza for shopping/eating. Directly across freeway from SMU. Staff was helpful and quickly mailed a cell phone we had left in the room we received it the day after we checked out.”

“Great staff. Select Comfort beds were interesting and comfortable. Internet was available and did not take any efforts to use. Business center allowed printing and Internet use. Workout area was very nice. I would stay here again without a doubt.”

“The Radisson is a great hotel for the value. The staff is professional and friendly. It's in a safe and very convenient location. It's a little dated, but overall, quite attractive.”

“The rooms are recently renovated, and they are nice and comfortable. Sleep number beds in most rooms are a nice perk at least you know they are paying attention to the need to get a good night of rest while you are there. The lobby and front desk are somewhat nondescript; you don't feel like you are entering an upscale hotel when you walk in. It is clean, however. Parking lot does need some cosmetic work; and overall, the parking lot does not impart a feeling of security, though we had no incidents while there. The hotel is nearby to some good restaurants and shopping, which is why we stayed in this part of town. Overall, a good experience in a "functional" hotel.”

“We enjoyed our stay mainly because the room was neat and well kept with a nice bed. It is close to the rapid transit which we like to use and very close to the things we planned for the weekend (SMU art museum, train to the zoo, many restaurants/shopping). It has a free internet in the lobby and complimentary papers which I enjoy. My wife and I like to soak in the Jacuzzi but didn't because it is very open to anyone passing by and just in a setting that we thought awkward; even though it was homecoming weekend at SMU, a major sports car race in town, a half marathon, and the Stars and Mavericks in town, we never saw any adults or teenagers in the pool area as booked as the hotel was.”
