• Easy access and departure.
• Housekeeping tardiness.

“ Easy access for entrance and departure. Comfortable room with Internet access, clean bath area. Might have to call housekeeping for shortage of supplies, but response is deliberate and speedy. With an average restaurant on premises, though service might not be pristine, this hotel is ideal for short stays when on missions like conferences and seminars. All service providers encountered (restaurant excluded) are friendly and courteous. Not much of a common area for gravitation or side-bars. Parking is free, and parking area well-lighted, with easy access to hotel. ”

• It was close to the college campus, and the staff was very friendly.
• We did not have a requested King bed or a two bed handicap room.

“Very nice hotel. Front desk person did not seem to know what rooms were available and originally told us that they did not have any King size beds. That was taken care of but we were disappointed that my mother could not have a two bed handicap room. The rooms were very clean would have liked Direct TV or cable, but we were not in the room that much. The price was great, and the hotel was very close to the SMU campus where our son was graduating so everything went well after we got our rooms taken care of. The bar staff was especially friendly, and we liked being able to hang out there and watch the football game with the whole family.”

“The entire hotel smelt terrible. The disinfectant they used was too strong of an odor. When I checked in, there were postings at the lobby desk about the safety in the area. I am a single female traveling at night and this was a major concern for me. When I went to my car the next morning, several vehicles had been broken into overnight. A terrible experience for this rating of a hotel. I will never recommend this Radisson to anyone.”

• Location, self-parking, comfortable
• Hallways on my floor had strange odor...a spray or polish, very strong

“Great location by Mockingbird Station and close to Northpark Mall. Has been updated, so is attractive although room was somewhat cramped. Coffeepot and tea bags in room very low-end. My tea bags were not replaced after use, I had to go to desk next night. All in all, a good experience.”

“This hotel was in a convenient location for our visit to a local hospital. The sleep number bed was nice, but I couldn't seem to get adjusted right until the middle of the night.”

• Nothing.
• The lack of service.

“When going into the holiday it looks ok from the outside. It was too far from where we are working and inconvenient. Then yesterday there was no room service, the room smells and you have to body slam the door, to open it. We turned on the heater and it smelt like someone was dieing. The food was left in the room, there is mildew.”

• I can't think of anything.

“The staff was very courteous. The quality of the room and facilities were very pleasant and met the needs I had.”

• The rooms were comfy and the sleep number beds were great.
• The pool was out of service for 2 days in the summer.

“This hotel was in a very central location, easy access to many restaurants and shopping center. Right off Hwy 35 and within walking distance of many attractions! Great motel for the price!”

• We loved the sleep number bed.
• Pretty unimpressed with the TV. Not much selection, and what was there was bad reception.

“The hotel was nice, unfortunately there was a cheerleading camp at SMU that weekend, so we had 100's of middle and high school age cheerleaders running around the hotel, which for some may be attractive, but was not to us. There was no ice on our floor, the soda machine was out of several selections, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with a staff that tries hard to please you.”

• The toilet in my room kept flushing on it's own all night.

• I absolutely slept better than I ever have in a hotel with the sleep bed!
• I did not like that they did not have plastic bags for the ice keeper.

“Clean and well kept. Beds and down pillows provided a dream sleep literally. I would stay in this hotel again. I would suggest that they provide bags for the ice makers and provide optional plastic cups along with the glass ones in the room.”

• Easy to find.
• It appeared cleaner than most hotels.

“Hotel was easy to access from the freeway, as well as get on to the freeway. Walking distance to Mockingbird Plaza for shopping/eating. Directly across freeway from SMU. Staff was helpful and quickly mailed a cell phone we had left in the room we received it the day after we checked out.”

• The work out area was one of the best. Free internet was a huge plus.
• The rear entry and outside pool are could be cleaner.

“Great staff. Select Comfort beds were interesting and comfortable. Internet was available and did not take any efforts to use. Business center allowed printing and Internet use. Workout area was very nice. I would stay here again without a doubt.”
