“DO NOT stay at the Red Roof Inn. The manager is totally unreasonable and does not value customer service. We complained to the manager that our a/c was not cooling properly. He insisted on coming into our room at 2:30 in the morning to try to "fix" it instead of letting us stay in another room. This was quite an inconvienience. The next day, after a long trip on the river, we accidently locked ourselves out of our room. However, there was one of our group in the shower. I was knocking on the door loudly, the manager saw me, refused to give me another key, and called the cops, claiming that I was intoxicated and unruly. The police came and made us leave the hotel immediately--the manager never asked for an explanation, just jumped to conclusions and made a bad decision.”
