• Nothing no hot water electrical wires hanging out no working blow dryer in the room coffee pot broken.
• Everything.

“Hot water heater broken so no hot water, hotel under construction coffee maker in room broken told there was airport shuttle there was not, blow dryer broke in room heater broke gave cold air. told there was hot continental breakfast from 6-10 did not have but cold cereal set up at 9 a.m. told there was port a cribs there was not so my 9 month old grandson slept in the bed with me and tossed and turned and I couldn't sleep due to I was afraid he would fall out of bed.”

• It had a microwave.
• TV poor, not enough blankets or pillows.

“The hotel was under major construction, there was a microwave on the floor, no refrigerator. The cable was awful, TV picture very poor and only a select number of channels were available. There was no continental breakfast either.”

• Richmond was a nice city. The stay wasn't.
• The staff was rude and the hotel was dirty.

“The staff was very rude, and the hotel wasn't very clean. The breakfast was horrible. I would rather have stayed at a motel 6. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.”
