• The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and very helpful, she made us feel like we were at home.
• The maid folded the used towel and put it back on the shelf to be used again. I had a coffee on the first day and the pot wasn't cleaned.

• Super clean! New flat screen HD TV. Hi speed internet. Comfy. Very pleased!
• Very poor shower water pressure. But that is it.

“Our stay here was great. Couldn't ask for more. Helpful and friendly staff. Safe location. The lobby and room were spotless. Cleanliness is my #1 priority in hotels and this place definitely lived up to my standards!”

• Owner forgave upgrade charge because of power outage.
• Dead ants on the bathroom floor were never mopped up.

“Good location, basically clean and the staff was helpful. On Saturday, staff when out of their way to set up breakfast 1 hour early to accommodate the schedule of softball travel team. The staff seemed interested in making our stay a good experience even during a power outage due to thunderstorms.”

• The staff was very nice.
• The rooms had a bad odor.

“The wallpaper was peeling. The power went out. The next room had a strong odor of "carpet fresh". The pullout was broken. This hotel needs a major overhaul/renovation.”

“The hotel room was disgusting and dirty. When asked the staff to clean they kept saying that they would take care of it. Over the four days I was there the room had a very strong odor and was never addressed by the staff. The over night staff also had friends visiting them at all hours and were quite loud. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or would stay here again.”

• The hotel was clean, our room was basic but included everything we needed.
• I wish that there had been an indoor pool.

“My husband, daughter and I were in town for one night and were pleased that we selected this hotel. It was clean and after a long day out it was comfortable and cozy. The room was clean, the young lady at the desk was friendly and helpful and the cookies at the desk were a perfect treat. Plenty of dining close by which was a plus. We would definitely stay again.”
