• Nice view of the river on the Ohio River side
• Unprofessional Owners and staff, filthy hotel and non-existent service

“I stayed here for the recently and what a mistake. I canceled my other hotel reservations to stay there with our team parents and regretted it everyday I was there. One of the owner's/partners was very unprofessional as I, a guest and others were in the lobby overhearing his conversations and extremely foul language. Housekeeping throughout the hotel is non-existent...filth every square inch of that hotel. Rooms are maybe cleaned upon vacating the property but during...bed made with same dirty sheets daily, you get 3-4 new towels, soap and shampoo occassionally. I had a dead grasshopper/cricket by the AC upon arriving and waited to see every day if it was gone...you may have that lucky room next. The staffs throughout the hotel are in plain clothes and could be anyone off the street that day for all you know...uniforms are not required. All I can say is when they shut this place down a year or so ago it should have never been reopened in its current conditions. Have you ever had the Chef of the hotel, waitress clean your room? Well you will here. I hope the labor board and the health department pays them a visit because this place is in many violations. There is a restuarant there but eat out if you want and enjoyable meal and service. Unfortunately I could not find anything good to say of this place other than the view from the suspension bridge is very nice. To sum it up all I can say is run, and run fast! This is no longer a Best Western property/franchise.”
