• The hotel was pleasant, I have stayed here before and will again.
• Needs elevator.

“The room was clean. Bathrooms clean, TV could of had some stations for the kids. But overall it was a good stay. I have stayed here before and will again.”

• The hotel was new and clean.
• The clientele and customer relations make this a sub-par hotel.

“This hotel would have been a pleasant surprise for the star level except for a couple of annoyances and a serious stonewalled of a manager. The pillows were in dirty pillow cases. Thirdly, as we pulled into the hotel after a delayed flight around 3 am, a car full of women drove into the parking lot and began yelling at a man on the second floor balcony (next to my mom's room). The yelling went on for an hour. I didn't call management because I was tired and frankly a little bit afraid of calling on these individuals as they had seen us walk into our rooms and presumably didn't care much for laws or common decency. So when I complained the next day, the desk lady basically blamed me for the problems, saying on the first point that we had somehow been trying to bend the rules by adding my mom and sister to the room late. On the second that they had no idea there were issues late at night (which I found to be disingenuous at best).”

• The bed was uncomfortable.

• The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
• The fact that I had to wait 20 minutes to check in all the room above us was very noisy called front desk but noise continued all night did not no see.

“The hotel was great but did not get any sleep all night. I called the front desk but that only helped for a short time. I fell that my money was wasted due to all of the noise!”

• Convenient to bush international airport and local shopping and wonderful restaurants.
• I had no bad experiences to report.

“The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well planned. I missed breakfast but heard that it was a typical but well prepared hotel meal.”

• Close to visit family in area and close to airport.
• Poor complimentary breakfast supplied.

“Very close too many rests and major shopping in area. Although on flight path to bah, their was very minimal noise. Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned by maid.”

• Strong, unpleasant odor of chlorine bleach permeated room the entire stay.

• The room was as spacious and well appointed as an Embassy Suites at only a fraction of the cost. I was truly surprised.
• The Smart Start breakfast was disappointing.

“Nice place to stay with reasonable rates. Location was perfect for my purpose. Rooms, grounds and public area were clean and well kept.”
