• Friendly, accommodating staff, cleans, well appointed rooms, convenient location, very nice complimentary breakfast.
• The bathroom fan was very loud and because one switch controlled both the fan and the light, it had to run all the time we were in the bathroom.

“We had five people, two of whom are in their eighties. We forgot to request a ground floor room for them when we confirmed and the staff was very accommodating about moving them. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed including an in room coffee maker, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• I would have liked to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

• Close to activities and restaurants.
• Unprofessional acting staff.

“Rooms we not prepared with all the linens. The staff gossiped about other employees with guest present. Helped themselves to the breakfast before guest were served.”

• Excellent free breakfast.
• Dirty sheets, dirty pool.

“After a long, tiring day I pulled back the sheets of the bed and there were many hairs. Yuck! I'm usually pretty easy going but this was disgusting. It was late and my son was already sleeping in the other bed so I didn't call to have the sheets changed. Instead I spent the next 20 minutes picking the hair off of the bed so I could sleep. The bed had obviously not been changed between customers. The next day my husband took our soon to the pool. He was swimming around and then my husband got in. He went up to his waist and got out immediately. There were all kinds of floaters and hair in the pool too. We got our son out immediately and made him take a shower. The only plus was the breakfast in the morning. ”

• Spacious room, free breakfast.
• Smelly room.

“We're were disappointed when we were presented with a Credit card slip with the real costs of our stay, with amounted to 60 percent of the amount. The hotel was fine.”

• The office staff was friendly.
• It was not a place to relax.

“I would not recommend this motel. The pool area was dirty and the outside patio was unusable. It was not a place to relax.”
